Information on returning electrical equipment

As an end user, you are obligated not to dispose of electrical and electronic equipment in the household waste, but to arrange for a collection that is separate from unsorted municipal waste. This is indicated by the crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol on the devices.

You are welcome to use the possibility provided by Ecolab to return used devices and batteries. For more information on the respective process, please see Returns or contact our customer service e-mail:

Additionally, before submitting the device to a collection and drop-off point, the end users are required to remove used batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed by the device as well as lamps without damaging these components.

Please mind that it lies in your responsibility as an end user to delete personal data on the devices to be disposed of.
